Trauma-Informed Therapy | EMDR | Brainspotting | Ketamine assisted Therapy | Equine Therapy
Helping you access deeper healing—mind, body, and soul.
My Approach
I’ve always been drawn to alternative paths to healing, especially the kind that goes beyond talking things through and actually helps people feel different in their bodies and lives. My professional path started in the medical cannabis field and later led me to earn a doctorate in natural health in 2011. Over time, that knowledge, along with my own personal growth, naturally pulled me toward trauma-informed therapy and ultimately becoming a licensed therapist.
What I’ve learned both personally and clinically is that insight alone doesn’t always lead to change. Many people understand why they feel the way they do, yet still feel stuck. That’s often because our most impactful experiences live below the surface, in the nervous system and deeper parts of the brain. This understanding is what led me to focus on brain-based and body-centered approaches to healing in my practice.
I’m a certified Brainspotting consultant, trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and I have extensive experience offering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in collaboration with medical providers. While ketamine can be a powerful catalyst for deeper processing, I also regularly offer Brainspotting and EMDR without ketamine. Together, these approaches can help clients gently access and process experiences that may feel hard to reach through traditional talk therapy alone. My style is grounded, relational, and collaborative. I move at your pace and trust your system to guide the work.
I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, as well as those who feel disconnected from themselves or unsure of what comes next.
Healing isn’t linear, and there’s no “right” way to do it. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you feel supported as you reconnect with yourself and move toward a life that feels more grounded and meaningful.
About Me
.
Some of my own life experiences, like co-parenting or being connected to military life, may resonate for certain clients, but my practice isn’t built around any one identity or story. I work with people from many backgrounds who are simply looking for things to feel less heavy or more manageable, or who want to feel more like themselves again.
When I’m not seeing clients, you’ll often find me practicing yoga, riding horses, or spending time outdoors with family and friends. Nature and movement are essential parts of my own wellness, and I bring that same grounded, embodied approach into the therapy space.
Clients often describe me as down-to-earth, warm, and easy to talk to. I try to show up in a real way and meet you where you are, rather than pushing an agenda or a timeline. We’ll go at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on what actually helps and letting the work unfold naturally.
