EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)
EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from trauma, anxiety, and distressing memories. By targeting the brain’s natural processing system, EMDR helps “unstick” emotional pain and reduce reactivity, without needing to relive the trauma in detail.

Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a somatic-based therapy that uses eye position to access the brain’s subcortical regions—where trauma and emotional pain are stored. This gentle but deep approach allows your body to release stored experiences without needing to use words.

Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Horses offer a unique mirror for our emotional world. Equine therapy takes place outdoors, where clients interact with horses (no riding required) to explore boundaries, emotional regulation, and relational patterns in a natural, grounded setting.
Why Horses?
Horses are highly intuitive and attuned to human emotions. Their responses offer real-time feedback and support deep emotional insight without judgment.

Individual Talk Therapy
While I specialize in experiential and somatic modalities, I also offer traditional talk therapy for those who prefer a more conversational approach. We’ll work together to identify your goals, patterns, and values in a warm, collaborative space.
